*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 for stay of impugned order dated 22.01.2020 (P-1) and warrants of possession dated 28.08.2020 (P-7) till the pendency of the revision petition. Learned counsel submits that against impugned order dated 22.01.2020 (P-1), the petitioners had already filed revision petition before respondent No. 1 but the private respondents are bent upon to carry out the possession proceedings as per Sanad Taksim issued by respondent No. 4. The sanad taksim has already been challenged by the petitioners before respondent No. 1 bearing ROR NO. 495-2020 and the same is fixed for preliminary hearing/staying of 18.11.2010 and further for staying the execution and operation of sanad taksim dated 22.01.2020 (P-1) and warrants of possession dated 28.08.2020 (P-7). Learned counsel submits that the stay application of the petitioners is pending for 18.11.2020.
