For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the main case is taken on board itself.

CRM-5285-2026 The present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking permission to withdraw the main case i.e. CRMM-33159-2022. Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the main case on the ground that the applicants/petitioners does not want to pursue the present petition any further.
