(Oral) The petitioners are residents of village Kanganpur, District Sirsa, who are said to have been allotted 100 square yard plots by the Gram Panchayat under the 'Mahatama Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojana'. They now seek a direction that Transfer Deeds be executed in their favour.

It appears that no claim has been raised by the petitioners before the authorities so far.
