Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present petition, the main petition under Section 125 CrPC for grant of maintenance itself stands decided by the Family Court. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
