HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with the prayer that proper investigation into the FIR No.125 dated 16.06.2020 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Bhondsi, District Gurugram be done, as according to the petitioner even after expiry of approximately four months, the police has not acted in a swift manner to unearth the truth behind the suicide committed by Jogender @ Kalu i.e. son of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance which has been raised in the present petition, the petitioner has already submitted a representation to respondent No.4 on 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-2), which is still pending consideration with the said authority and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.4 to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection with regard to the prayer for deciding the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief which has been claimed by him in the representation dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-2), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-2) within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
