Learned State counsel has referred to reply filed by Dr. Naresh Kumar, Director, Health Services (F.W.) Punjab and Annexure R-1 thereto. According to him, petitioner has been promoted with effect from the date her juniors were promoted. Para 1 of the said reply reads as under:- "1. That the present petition has been filed by the petitioner, where in inter-alia she has prayed that she be promoted as Multipurpose health Supervisor (Female) over and above her junior. The claim of the petitioner has been considered and she has been promoted queue-wise and has also been promoted as Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Female) vide office order no. E-9(1)Pb.2017/5176 dated 29-12-2017. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous. A copy of this office order dated 29-12-2017 is appended herewith as Annexure R-1."

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that AJAY KUMAR 2019.04.23 13:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document petitioner is entitled to consequential benefits.

CWP No. 1296 of 2017 file a representation in this regard which would be looked into by the competent authority.

Disposed of.
