( ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.144 dated 01.12.2019 under Section 323, 376, 452, 506, 511 IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act (Sections 450 IPC and Section 18 and 4 of the POCSO Act deleted later on) registered at Police Station Women Jind, District Jind. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today. Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from SI Prem Kumari would submit that petitioner herein stands convicted on 24.09.2021 and therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Consequently, this petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
