The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the above-captioned case. 2.

Upon notice and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the petitioner was directed to join investigation and was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.07.2023. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Devender Kumar, Police Station Rania, District Sirsa, submits that pursuant to order dated 20.07.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the above facts but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.07.2023, granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions specified in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
