(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the action of the respondent in blocking the National Highway i.e. creating bus stop on National Highway No.21 and for direction to remove the encroachment on highway from Zirakpur to Chandigarh. It has come to the notice of this Court that in COCP No.143 of 2010 titled 'Vikram Sharda v. Krishan Mohan and others' a Co-ordinate Bench is monitoring the construction of national highways. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one after annexing the relevant documents or to move application as an intervener in COCP No.143 of RAVINDER SINGH 2015.08.24 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
