Petitioner,who participated in the selection process for the post of Assistant District Attorney vide advertisement no.3 dated 25.7.2013 (P-1) filed the instant writ petition for setting aside the final result dated 19.8.2014(P-4) on the ground that arbitrarily and intentionally minimum passing marks in final result were not prescribed in the selection criteria. Upon notice, separate replies on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 has been filed.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
