1. The petitioner assails order dated 25.5.2023 (Annexure P-17) which reads as under:

"None has appeared on behalf of JD. Let file be put up on 07.07.2023 for awaiting appearance of JD."

2. The petitioner is decree-holder in whose favour a monetary decree had been passed. The matter was adjudicated upto Hon'ble Supreme Court and attained finality in year 2017.

3. At this stage, Mr. Arun Gosain, Senior Government counsel for respondent No.1-Union of India has put in appearance.

4. Since, the matter is fixed before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) i.e. the Executing Court for 07.07.2023, it shall be ensured by respondent No.1 that some counsel appears before the Executing Court on 07.07.2023.
