1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) Notice of motion.

On our asking, Ms.Kirti Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Let three copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The grievance of the petitioner is against reshuffling of the wards reserved for different categories after announcement of reservations made through draw of lots in March, 2015 and when objections were also duly considered. CWP No.17520 of 2015 [2] The petitioner alleges that subsequently, the Deputy Commissioner, Mewat at Nuh on 15.06.2015 has conducted another draw of lots without any notice and the ward from where he intends to contest the election has now gone to reserved Category. As soon as the petitioner came to know about this, he submitted an application-cum-objections dated 22.06.2015 (P-3) to the Deputy Commissioner, Mewat but finding no response thereto, the instant writ petition has been filed.

In the light of the averments made by the petitioner, however, without expressing any views on merits, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Mewat to decide the above-mentioned representation-cum-objections by way of a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

Dasti.
