RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the numerous orders Annexures P-1, P-2 and P-4 passed by the respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of present writ petition, under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail his appropriate remedy, including by filing review application before the competent authority. Permission is granted.
