The petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming that the candidates, who are not only lower in merit, but also absented from the interview, have been selected against the vacant posts of Assistant Lineman in BC5A category. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has also sent legal notice dated 12.01.2015 claiming appointment against the post of BC5A category to respondent No.1 , but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to take action on his legal notice. Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1to take into consideration legal notice dated Dinesh Kumar 2015.09.11 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
