Present writ petition has been filed for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 05.03.2020 (Annexure P-11) passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur/respondent No.2 along with report dated 11.09.2020 & 17.09.2020 (Annexure P-12) passed by the learned Tehsildar, Dasuya/respondent No.5 and the learned DDPO/respondent No.3 respectively being wrong, illegal, perverse, against the record and settled principles of law. Further prayer has been made for directing learned Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur/respondent No.2 to decide the representation in the limited scope of representation made and also in view of orders passed vide Annexures P-4, P-5 & P-10 and for staying the operation of impugned order dated 05.03.2020 RITTU 2024.02.01 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 (Annexure P-11) along with consequential proceedings taken thereon or staying the proceedings before the learned Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur/respondent No.2 and not to proceed with the representation or acting upon the impugned report (Annexure P-12) during the pendency of the present petition.

Learned State counsel on instructions has submitted before this Court that the petitioner has approached this Court against the impugned order dated 05.03.2020 (Annexure P-11). However, during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been appointed as Lambardar of the village vide order dated 17.10.2023 and thus, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that copy of the order has not been supplied to him.

On hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law in case any further cause of action accrues.
