(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari laying challenge to the election of the Municipal Committee Ward No.7, Shahabad, wherein respondent No.5 has been declared to be successful. 2.

It was not disputed that election was held on 22.05.2016. Petitioner had remedy to challenge the election by way of filing the election petition. Now even the alternative remedy has become time-barred. 3.

No ground for interference is made out.
