Sukhvir Kaur & ORS. v. State Of Haryana & ORS.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.13031 of 2017 (O&M) Date of decision: 02.06.2017 Sukhvir Kaur & ors.
.... Petitioners versus State of Haryana & anr.
.... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV NARAIN RAINA
Present:
Mr. Jawahar Lal Goyal, Advocate for the petitioners.
***** Rajiv Narain Raina, J. (Oral) 1.
By this petition the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to fix their pay correctly while taking into consideration the pay of their juniors w.e.f. 13.07.2006 i.e. the date of anomaly. 2.
To support the aforesaid claim, learned counsel relies upon the judgment of this Court in the matter of Neelam Rani vs. State of Haryana and others, passed in CWP No.11254 of 2010, decided on 15.05.2013. Learned counsel further states that in this connection the petitioners have also moved a Legal Notice dated 10.04.2017 (Annexure P-9) to the respondents and at this stage they would be satisfied if this notice is decided by the respondent No.2 within any reasonable time. 3.
I find this to be a fair submission. Keeping in view the plight as portrayed, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the said legal notice of the petitioners and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Sonia Bura 2017.06.05 14:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh
