***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA , J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 29.01.2020 and all subsequent orders whereby the non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued against the petitioners. This Court vide order dated 14.09.2021 had passed the following order and operative part of the same is as under:- "In the meanwhile, the arrest of the petitioners is stayed for a period of ten days to enable them to appear before the trial Court and in the event of their appearance, trial Court shall admit them on interim bail on furnishing requisite bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction".

Keeping in view the order passed by the Court earlier, the order of issuance of non-bailable warrants has become academic and redundant moreso as the bail has been accepted by the concerned Court, in terms of the order dated 14.09.2021 passed by this Court.
