The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate writ or direction or order for directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondents also. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at this stage, the threat perception does not survive which is in consonance with the reply filed by the State and by the private respondents also. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, in case any fresh cause of action arises.
