BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to take remedial action on the enquiry report dated 01.01.2016 (Annexure P-1), submitted by the Enquiry Officer. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, the respondents conducted an enquiry and a report dated 26.05.2017 (Annexure R-6/4) had been submitted. He seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition so as to take recourse to alternative remedy and to adopt the proceedings against aforesaid enquiry report dated 26.05.2017.
