Petitioner has approached this court with the grievance that appeal preferred by it before respondent no. 1 against order dated 16.11.2017 passed by respondent no. 2 is pending. However, no decision is taken thereon.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that next date before the appellate authority is 22.05.2018. Efforts shall be made to dispose of the appeal at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
