The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to protect his life and liberty and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are threatening the petitioner. 2.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from DSP Manavjit Sidhu, PPS, Sub Division, Ahmedgarh Maler Kotla with Inspector Gurmeet Singh, has submitted that pursuant to the receipt of representation Annexure P-4 dated 10.05.2024, the matter had been enquired into by the official respondents. However, no grain of truth was found in the same; rather it emerged that complaints had been moved by the petitioner and respondent No.4 against each other as a result of which all the complaints were consigned to the record room.
