The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.0169 dated 3.5.2018 at Police StationSector-9 A, Gurugram, District Gurugram under Section 406, 420 and 201 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 of Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act (HPIODFE Act), 2013. 2.
The FIR in question was lodged at the instance of Manjeet Kumar, wherein it is alleged that he had been duped by the petitioner and his companions to the PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.12.15 13:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned State counsel, this Court does not find any ground for grant of anticipatory bail. 4.
However, since it has been contended that the matter has since been compromised amongst the parties which fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the complainant, but there is no clarity as to whether all the affected persons have compromised the matter or not, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 days from filing of such application while also considering the plea of the petitioner that the matter has been compromised.
