       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.227 dated 30.07.2020, registered under Sections 379, 34 IPC; Section 25 of the Arms Act and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 473 and 120-B IPC (added later on), at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Vide order dated 08.01.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
