* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) This is an application for advancing the date of hearing. The petition was adjourned to 07.09.2017 by an order of the earlier Division Bench of this Court dated 02.06.2017. 2.

Mr. Bassi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that he was late by a few minutes before the matter was called out on the last date of the previous term. In any event, he states that the petitioner is content at this stage with an order merely requesting the respondents to respond to the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2017 (Annexure P-9).

The application and the petition are, therefore, disposed of by placing the matter on board and merely directing respondent No. 2 to respond to the petitioner's letter dated 07.04.2017 (Annexure P-9).
