The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.65, dated 13.04.2023, registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station, Chheharta, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the petitioner stands arrested. 3.

In view of the above statement, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
