**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.58, dated 13.05.2024, under Sections 452, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 of IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda .

This Court vide order dated 27.06.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 27.06.2024 the petitioner has joined the investigation. SANGEETA 2024.08.13 09:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-30686-2024 Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 27.06.2024 is made absolute.
