This petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefits of 4/9/14 scheme to the petitioner.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 25.03.2019 and 07.03.2018. The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice. 3.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
