(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-5) filed by them. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the representation dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-5) shall be considered and decided by the authorities in accordance with law. Mr. Berjeshwar Singh Jaswal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 4 submits that he has no objection if the petition is disposed of accepting the prayer of the petitioners.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that the respondent-authorities would be at liberty to decide all the representations including that of respondent No. 4 filed before them.
