Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner undertakes not to claim anything in case fresh appointment is given to her. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 on instructions from Mr. Shiv Kumar, Deputy Secretary Accounts submits that respondentDepartment has decided to give fresh appointment to the petitioner. Necessary action be taken within a period of one month. It is also made clear that respondent No.2 shall not be effected in any manner in view of undertaking given by the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
