(ORAL) Mr. Khosla, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has produced a speaking order dated 12th January, 2016, whereby it has been decided to record 'No Report Certificate' in respect of ACRs for the period 2007-2008 (02.05.2007 to 15.10.2007) in the case of the petitioner. Accordingly, the period 2007-2008 for the purpose of Annual Confidential Report should be treated as 'No Report Certificate'. In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. A photocopy of the speaking order dated 12th January, 2016 is retained on record.
