(ORAL) The petitioner while working as a Senior Assistant in the office of Director of Local Bodies Punjab, was an aspirant for recruitment against the vacancies of PCS (Executive Branch) from Register A-II, for the recruitment in the process year 2014 as also 2015. By filing the instant petition, the challenge was laid to the criteria adopted by the department whereby marks over and above the minimum number of years in service were awarded for the extra number of years worked in the department thereby diluting the criteria based upon pure selection.
Upon notice, the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala, filed the reply whereby, inter alia, it is stated that the RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2018.12.07 16:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
