The petitioner herein is a judgment debtor. This revision petition has been filed assailing the correctness of the order issuing the warrants of arrest of the petitioner. On 09.07.2019, the operation of the impugned order was stayed by the coordinate Bench of this Court. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he could not contact the petitioner. However, on visiting the website of the District Courts at Fazilka, he downloaded an order dismissing the execution petition as withdrawn before the National Lok Adalat.
