(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that since the orders Annexure P-2 as well as Annexure P-4 have been incorrectly translated, besides not taking appropriate averments in the writ petition, he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments, at this stage. He seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, on the same cause of action, but with better particulars and also by placing correct translated copies of the impugned orders.

Permission is granted.
