CWP No. 1139, 1580, 1795 & 3254 of 2018 -2On oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitions are taken up today itself for disposal. This order shall dispose of the two four petitions as common question of facts are involved in both the petitions. Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to pass an order in their favour with regard to transfer of the petitioner at their own choice given at the time of counselling on the same analogy, which has been followed by the respondent-department while passing order dated 13.12.
2016 (P-6) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present petition can be disposed of in terms of Annexure P-12 and P-13, as orders have already been passed in view of statement of the counsel for the respondent-State given in Annexure P-13 stating therein that the State will examine the claims of the present petitioners and persons who were selected in subsequent selection and to ensure that nobody is presented with a fait accompli any appointment of placement which is now made shall be provisional and subject to final placement which will be made in due course. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further informed the Court that the State has now come up with new transfer policies dated 14.08.2018 and 06.09.2018.
