(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is that he is entitled for the grant of pay-scale, corresponding to the pay-scales of `4100-5300, which he was getting keeping in view the judgment of this Court passed in case LPA No.1008 of 2010 titled as 'State of Haryana and others Vs. S.P. Sood', decided on 12.10.2010. Counsel for the petitioner states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P-13), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.
