Petitioner, a part time Sweeper who was relieved of her duties as such has filed the instant writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to let petitioner join her services as Safai Sewak in Kewal Singh Dhaliwal Memorial School, Lopoen. Upon notice written statement has been filed contesting the claim of the petitioner.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, to which State counsel has no objection.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
