*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the case of the appellant had been erroneously disposed of in terms of the judgment in the case of "Savitri Devi Versus Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court and others", although it is distinguishable on facts. The writ petition preferred by the appellant had been disposed of by the Single Bench in terms of the order passed by this Court in Savitri Devi's case (supra) after the counsel for the parties including the counsel for the appellant herein has stated that the case is squarely covered by the judgment in the case of Savitri Devi's case (supra).

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present LPA with liberty to prefer a review VANITA 2025.08.08 08:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment
