The writ petition was admitted vide order dated 23.05.2013.

Now, an application bearing CM No. 13683-CWP of 2020 (duly supported by the affidavit dated 23.09.2020 of Sh. Mohit Singh, an authorized person of the petitioner-Hospital) has been filed by the applicant-petitioner, seeking an unconditional withdrawal of the petition in view of the amounts of EDC of ` 3,98,72,440/-, due as on 08.05.2020, having been paid.

On the oral request of counsel for the applicant, the main case is taken up today itself.
