Petitioners have prayed for issuance of directions to the trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate in the trial of FIR No.40 dated 31.03.2020 under Section 188 IPC, Police Station Division No.7, Jalandhar to decide the trial in a time bound manner.

FIR was registered during currency of COVID-19 pandemic. Work of the Courts virtually came to be stalled during the entire period.
