* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) This writ petition is similar to CWP-134-2016 titled as Gurdev Singh Vs State of Haryana and others which was disposed of by an order and judgement of this Court dated 07.01.2016. 2.

In addition to the contentions raised therein, the petitioners in the case before us contend that they are the actual owners of the land, whereas the notice for eviction was given to M/s Mohindra Woolen Mills. They further contend that the actual name of the company is M/s Mohindra Woolen Mills Pvt. Ltd. 3.

The company according to them does not own the property. The petitioners are the owners of the property. They are at liberty to raise this contention also in the appeal.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal and seek interim reliefs therein. In the event of the petitioners filing an appeal by 15.02.2016 and taking out an application for interim reliefs therein, all the parties including the petitioners shall maintain status-quo in respect of the properties till an application for interim reliefs in the appeal is decided. In the event of the appeal being found to be not maintainable for any reason whatsoever, this petition shall stand revived. (S.J.
