CRM-M-34401-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued and submits that the impugned order has been passed wrongly by taking the monthly income of the petitioner Rs. 18,000/- per month by plying Mahindra Maximo Passenger Car.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has not been able to clear the outstanding amount. After considering the matter in his entirety and in fact, the impugned order was only qua the interim maintenance and the main matter is yet not finalised.

Finding, no merit in the present petition, the same stands dismissed.
