(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.109 dated 08.06.2022 registered under Sections 323, 325, 341, 34 IPC at Police Station Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition, after impleading all the stakeholders or in the event that the Hon'ble Supreme Court sets aside the order of the Division Bench, in which partial compromise has been barred.
