The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present petition is that application filed by them under Section 28-A (3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 with the Land Acquisition Collector, Rohtak has not been referred to the court for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the needful shall be done within four weeks.

Considering the fair stand taken by learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector to refer the matter to the court concerned within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition stands disposed of.
