*** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that according to the petitioner, she secured 94 marks in the written test, though, as per the advertisement, in order to clear the written examination, a candidate was required to obtained minimum of 100 marks. Learned Senior counsel further submits that as the answer key to the 04 questions was not correct, the respondent-Commission has decided to give the marks for the said four questions to all the candidates and if those marks i.e. 08 marks, are added to the score of the petitioner, the petitioner becomes eligible by qualifying the written examination as she will be getting 102 marks as against 100 marks required for qualifying the written examination. Learned Senior counsel further submits that the petitioner had also raised her objection qua questions No.17 and 42, which according to the petitioner, did not had the correct answers in the answer key. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned State counsel submits that in respect of the grievance of the petitioner as noticed above, she should approach the respondentCommission by filing a representation and in case, she files any such representation, raising her grievances, the said representation will be decided by the competent authority by passing an appropriate order within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of said representation. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner will avail the said proposal and will submit a representation to the respondent-Commission raising all her grievances including the grant of eight marks, which, according to the petitioner, has been awarded to everyone as well as objection to the questions No.17 and 42.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent-Commission that in case, the petitioner files any representation raising any claim, the said representation will be decided by the respondent-Commission within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the same and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to her expeditiously so that no prejudice is caused to her in any manner.
