The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 18.05.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hansi, whereby application dated 22.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC has been dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Courts website of Civil Courts Hansi, District Hisar, the main civil suit has since been decided and as such the revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive if anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
