(Oral) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition so as to approach the State Government to extend the benefit of its Policy dated 06.05.2013 to all those Marriage Palaces who applied for regularization under the old Policy dated 16.11.2012 seek parity with those who sought regularization after 06.05.2013.
