(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.133 dated 12.05.2023, registered under Sections 21, 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Special Task Force, District STF Wing, SAS Nagar, Mohali. Vide order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Baljinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
