(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available in law including remedy as enunciated in the judgment 'Sakiri Vasu versus State of U.P. and others ' 2008 (1) R.C.R. (Criminal) 392 and ' Talima vs. State of Haryana'and others' passed in CRM-M-11075-2024. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

This Court has no reason to believe, at this stage, that in case the petitioner approaches the concerned Magistrate; the said Magistrate shall not take a view upon the said application, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
