(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been promoted as Senior Assistant with effect from 31.1.2006 on notional basis during pendency of the writ petition as per order dated 17.9.2014 (Annexure R/1) but the financial benefit has been restricted from the date of his joining the post.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one for the financial benefits, if any.
